Shipping & Handling Charges:
Your order is very important to us and we try very hard to satisfy all of our customers. We can usually ship all in stock orders within 72 hours. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you just as soon as we can (usually 48 – 72 hours) and you will receive an email telling you about the delay within 24 hours of placing your order. If for any reason we will not be able to ship your order in a timely fashion, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to wait for the item or cancel the order. Credit cards are not billed until the order is ready to ship so under no circumstances will you be billed for an item that is out of stock.We ship only to the continental US, no international shipping.
We usually ship via FedEx ground, but sometimes it makes more sense to ship via UPS Ground or USPS priority mail. We generally leave that decision to Ed our shipping guy. Shipping prices are determined by weight (including packaging). All weights shown are shipping weights only, not the weight of the actual item(s). For orders under $50.00 a $5.00 handling fee will be applied to your order, so the more you purchase the more you save.
If your purchase should arrive broken, please contact us immediately for a replacement! All of our shipments are well packed and insured. Please keep the box with the broken item(s) as the shippers require that you keep the damaged goods, box and packaging for inspection. Don't worry; if they decide to inspect the package, they come to you. Please don't worry too much about this as we have experienced very little breakage over the years. If you're not happy with your purchase, you will have 48 hours after confirmed delivery to request a refund. Email us immediately to obtain a return authorization and make arrangements to ship the piece back to us, at your expense, insured for the full purchase price amount in the same manner it was shipped to you. Once we confirm that the piece has arrived safely and in good condition, a credit will be issued via the payment method that you used. Should the returned piece arrive in damaged condition, a refund will NOT be issued. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Custom orders and special order items are a final sale and not refundable, unless we've made a mistake.
